A copy of your PDF is also emailed within a minute of payment
PDF not received?
First check your spam / promotions folder — payment emails often land there.

We issue full refunds within 7 days of payment if the PDF was not received or was unusable.
Email us with your Razorpay Payment ID and we'll process it within 24 hours.
